BCM-HGSC office and building location

The BCM-HGSC is located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the Margaret M. and Albert B. Alkek Building. We are conveniently located on the southwest edge of downtown Houston in the Texas Medical Center, close to freeways and major thoroughfares.

When you enter the building, proceed to security desk. You will need a picture ID to be admitted. The security personnel will issue you a temporary badge.

Proceed to the elevators to your left, take an elevator to 15th floor, and follow the signs to the administrative office. Below are directions to our campus from a variety of Houston locations.

BCM-HGSC Parking

Parking facilities are located throughout the Texas Medical Center.

Directions to the BCM-HGSC from Intercontinental Airport/Highway 59 south

Take Will Clayton Parkway east to US-59 south. Turn right taking US-59 South. Stay on 59 South past downtown (watch signage carefully). Take the Fannin St. exit on the right. Continue going south on Fannin until you reach John Freeman Blvd. Take a left onto John Freeman Blvd. This short street will deadend at the fountain in front of Baylor College of Medicine. At the stop sign take a left on E. Cullen St. followed by a right on Ross Sterling and enter Parking Garage 4. The Alkek building is on the corner of Ross Sterling and E. Cullen. After parking, leave the garage and enter the Alkek building from E. Cullen street.

Directions to the BCM-HGSC from Hobby Airport/I-45 south

As you leave the airport, turn right onto Airport Blvd. Continue east until you reach I-45 North. At I-45 North turn left and enter the freeway. Get into the far left lane and take the left exit to 610 West. Take the Fannin exit and turn right (north) onto Fannin Street. The tall buildings are the south side of the medical center. Take a right onto John Freeman Blvd. This short street will deadend at the fountain in front of Baylor College of Medicine. Take a left (north) on E. Cullen St. followed by a right on Ross Sterling and enter Parking Garage 4. The Alkek building is on the corner of Ross Sterling and E. Cullen. After parking, leave the garage and enter the Alkek building from E. Cullen side.

Directions to the BCM-HGSC from I-10 traveling east or west

Exit at Highway 59 South. Travel on 59 South to Highway 288. Exit at MacGregor Drive and turn right on North MacGregor Drive. Continue on MacGregor Drive until you reach Fannin Street. Take a left on Fannin and continue going south until you reach John Freeman Blvd. Take a left onto John Freeman Blvd. This short street will deadend at the fountain in front of Baylor College of Medicine. Take a left (north) on E. Cullen St. followed by a right on Ross Sterling and enter Parking Garage 4. The Alkek building is on the corner of Ross Sterling and E. Cullen. After parking, leave the garage and enter the Alkek building from E. Cullen street.

Directions to the BCM-HGSC from Highway 59 traveling north

Take the MacGregor Drive exit and turn left on North MacGregor Drive. Continue on MacGregor Drive until you reach Fannin Street. Take a left on Fannin and proceed south to Ross Sterling Avenue. Take a left onto Ross Sterling avenue and proceed into Parking Garage 4. The Alkek building is on the corner of Ross Sterling and E. Cullen. After parking, leave the garage and enter the Alkek building from E. Cullen street.

Directions to the BCM-HGSC from Highway 288 traveling north

Take the MacGregor Drive exit and turn left on North MacGregor Drive. Continue on MacGregor Drive until you reach Fannin Street. Take a left on Fannin and proceed south to Ross Sterling Avenue. Take a left onto Ross Sterling avenue and proceed into Parking Garage 4. The Alkek building is on the corner of Ross Sterling and E. Cullen. After parking, leave the garage and enter the Alkek building from E. Cullen street.
