Kimberly Walker, M.S. is a Bioinformatics Manager with eighteen years’ experience in Bioinformatics and Data Science. Ms. Walker has been with the HGSC since 2012. In the preceding ten years she has gained experience in NGS data analysis for both clinical and research genomics spanning several projects including TCGA, UDN, eMERGE and most recently NIH’s All of Us project. Her experience includes R&D technology development for both emerging sequencing technologies and laboratory protocols as well as numerous panels, WES, WGS and RNAseq CAP/CLIA validations.
